Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Using Bizzy Budget

Bizzy Budget is a personal money-planning tool. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live.

Your account is for you alone. Don't share your sign-in, and don't use Budget Bee to break the law or anyone else's rights.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details (including Google sign-in and Face ID / passkey access on your devices) secure. If you believe someone has gained access to your account, email us right away and change your password.

You can delete individual bills, accounts and devices from within the app, or ask us to delete your entire account at any time.

Bank connections

Bank syncing is provided through Plaid. When you link an account, Plaid shares account names, balances and transactions with Bizzy Budget so your dashboard stays current. We never see or store your bank login credentials.

We can't guarantee your bank or Plaid will always be available, accurate or uninterrupted — balances and transactions are shown as reported by your financial institution.

Not financial advice

Bizzy Budget organizes your bills, calculates payoff plans and suggests strategies (like Avalanche or Snowball). Everything the app shows — including AI-generated plans — is general information for your own planning, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional before making big money decisions.

The app's calculations can be affected by the information you enter, delays in bank data, or software errors. Verify anything important before acting on it.

Your content

The bills, income sources, debts and notes you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run Bizzy Budget for you — never to sell or advertise against.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Bizzy Budget running, but we may change, pause or discontinue parts of the app. If we make a significant change to these terms, we'll update the date above and post the new version on this page — continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bizzy Budget isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses — like missed payments, fees, interest or other damages — arising from your use of the app or reliance on its plans and calculations. You stay in control of, and responsible for, your own money and the payments you make.

Termination

You can stop using Bizzy Budget and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
